FUNDAMENTAL  CLASSES

These classes are designed specifically to coach people with minimal or even no experience on the fundamental CrossFit movements. These classes will equip you with the confidence and knowledge to attend regular classes

Fundamental

REGULAR CLASSES

Designed for athletes confident  in Olympic lifts, Power lifts, gymnastics movements and other CrossFit movements.

If you are new to CrossFit we recommend completing at least 6 Fundamental classes before attending a regular class


BARBELL

Barbell is a way to help people develop and improve in strength along with their Olympic lifting technique.

Meant as a supplement to Regular classes, Barbell will help you become stronger, more confident and comfortable when it comes to using lifts that utilise the barbell.

KIDS & TEENS  CLASSES

CrossFit Kids is a programme built around teaching our kids in a safe and fun manner. CrossFit is a great way for your child to build confidence whilst instilling discipline and respect.

CrossFit Teens a fun and safe environment in which your teen can build their confidence as well as their athletic ability.


OPEN BOX

An opportunity for members to use this time to work on a skill or movement or even a workout that they are eager to try.
